Very bad experience of after sales service. Customer is a king to them till the package is booked and money is paid. But when time comes to deliver what is been paid for, the same customer becomes their prisoners. You have to call them again and again just to remind them what they had promised to you in their package, and the worst part is that the call don't connect that easily for already booked packages, one has to call at least 10 to 12 times just to get connected.
