I booked a holiday with yatra.at the time of booking, I asked for some discount their sales agent ajay rana somehow assured me that he will give me something extra for trip instead of giving some discount and asked me to book the package immediately and after asking multiple times he said I will add something for sure .you just book the package and I did.afer some days when I asked for the same he and his head mr Sachin misbehaved and said we cant give anything .i said why did you do such fraud in order to take booking amount .he misbehave again .very bad people . .they just need the money after that they have nothing to do with your trip .all you ve to handle yourself.and second thing at the time of booking the sales agent didn't give me options even.lack of knowledge they have.
