Wo days before, I have used yatra.com to make a hotel booking in Solapur for my cousin and that was my worst experience as online booking. The booking ID is: 271281679332
I searched for a hotel booking in Solapur, the website showed a hotel, from the photos, found it to be a good place for them to stay and did the booking for 2 days. My nightmare started after my cousin reached Solapur . They could not find the hotel in Solapur, so he called me to find the hotel, to my horror, found the hotel 75kms away from Solapur. This was a non-refundable booking, so I called their customer care number 18602001000, this number does not work, so my only contact with them in this urgent situation was email. After I drop the email, they replied after 6 hours that my booking is a refundable one so I will not get a refund, which does even address my concern that how they showed a hotel which was 75kms away, when the stay was meant to be in Solapur city.
So guys be aware of such fraud businesses around which boast to have a very good customer base. They do not have even a customer service number which does work, giving us a troublesome holiday
