Recently I visited Yashomati Hospitals(Yashoda Medicare and Research Center, Varthur Main Road, Marathalli Post 560037, Bangalore), for a Gastric Pain. The front office administrative personnel don't know to whom they should refer to. At last the team of people suggested me to visit Doctor "X". I paid Rs 350/- and waited in the lounge to meet a Doctor.
Its horrible experience. The mosquito are welcoming to suck my blood. I given a complain to the admin staff. The response from staff is, this is hospital and also its difficult to maintain the hygienic.
The doctor never turned up to his room. Some other doctor came to his room, when I asked the person, is he Dr. "X", he said no and looking at me with strange face. When I reported in front office, the staff called to doctor and intimated I am there.
Dr. "X" came to desk and without checking properly he recommended me to go for Endoscope and Ultra Scan that too the doctor he recommends. Whereas no slots are available for next two days. I repeatedly told, I am suffering with severe pain, give me some medicine for temporary relaxation. After a while he looked at me and given some medicine.
His intention is, why should I give medicine without looting much money.
Also on the same day some other patient is arguing with administration staff about the billing. For simple ill health the medical staff admitted the patient and looting more than 18, 000/- which is ridiculous.
I strongly recommend you not to visit this hospital.
Note: I don't want to advertise the doctor name to spoil his career. But the problem is with Hospital Management. There are no trained doctors available. All they need is to loot the money. No proper Hospital management.
