I recently had a terrible experience with Yadav Book Seller in Dwarka. I had pre-ordered a book from them a few days ago and was eagerly waiting for it to arrive. They promised me that the book would arrive in two days. However, after waiting for an entire week, I called them up to ask about the status of my order. To my surprise, the person on the other end of the line had no information about my order. I was very disappointed and frustrated.
When I asked them to check the status of my order, they kept making excuses and kept stalling the process. At one point, they even told me that they had no clue where my order was and that they had no idea how long it would take for it to arrive. This made me even more angry and frustrated as I had already waited for a week.
When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one and kept insisting that the book would arrive soon. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service as they were not cooperative at all.
Moreover, their website is also not user-friendly and is filled with a lot of glitches. It takes forever to load the page and even then, it does not display the correct information.
