One of the worst deliver services company ever seen. Ordered a product 1 week ago on FirstCry.com(Order number: 1111910985066). Since 3 days, I have been receiving a message to my mobile saying that the product will be delivered today, but it never happens. Spoke to xpressbees customer care 4 times and escalated the case(Reference number: 12617959), still the product not delivered. After raising the voice, customer care provided a contact number(Prem Kumar, 7981054200), the branch manager but he too never answers the call.
Fed up with the awful service. Escalated the case to FirstCry as well(Ref: 19616538).
Find the attached picture to view the message saying that a person named Ravind will be delivering the product, but the provided number is incorrect
