Hi, this review is written regarding Xpressbees logistics.
Due to rapid expansion of e-commerce, courier and logistics services have earned huge demand in market. Along with this fast moving services like internet are supporting growth of courier business.
I had placed ordered on paytm on 12 th of December 2017. Paytm has packed my product and handed it to Xpressbees courier on same day. While making delivery of the product xpressbees has taken more than week to deliver my product. It is very slow moving courier service which takes so much time to transfer a shipment from one hub to another. This courier service has very bad customer service department.
I was so irritated by xpressbees courier service. Paytm will loose customers due to xpressbees.
