Mi note 3 is a good mobile now in market range of 10-12K rupees in India some features of this mobile are following it has a 5.5 inch 1080* 1920 that means full HD display OS is 5.1 lolipop upgrade to latest android version.It has a hexa core processor ( 4* 1.4 Ghz cortex-A53 & 2* 1.8 Ghz cortex A72) processor.It available in two hanset one is price 10k has 2 GB ram and 16 GB and other 12K has 3GB and 32 GB.Camera is 16MP and front is 5MP.both handset is same only Ram and internal memory is varies only looks are very good in gold colour.
Only one problem in it is heating very fast.
