The sound reception of this phone is good there is a one speaker at the bottom it is not too loud but loud enough for a phone of this price range .
And yes this phone is user friendly phone it works very fine it doesn't laggs when it internal memory is almost full and thats good.
In terms of style and design this phone is not that much good . But it totally fine .

Well the look and feel is pretty average because it is low budget smartphone .
