Was using redmi frm about a year, suddenly aftr 11 mnth, its touch button stop responding.
Went to mi service centre and apathy started.
Long queue to get it submitted even when it was in warranty. And then was told k parts r not available, so will take about a month to repair.
Waited waited and waited. Calld mi. But d xiaomi was taking ol time to repair. Finally aftr about 45 days got the cell back.
Since the time d cell came, it started over heating on charging, and as d warranty xpired, no use of goin back to xiaomi.
Dnt knw how they repaired. And it ws getting so much heated k I have to stop charging it. Went to a local shop who said the person who opend d mobile at service centre damaged a part
