Bought xiaomi mi5 in October month from flipkart during big billion day sale on bajaj emi card.
It's almost 8 months using this smartphone yet no problem received but recently a battery issue occurred due to which battery drains within 2hours from 100% to 0% on minimal usage.
So on friday I went to xiaomi service center in borivali East ( Nishant Infotech) .There I explained my issue with phone they told wait for 30 minutes engineer will check for the issue.After inspecting they told issue is only of data cable so buy a new data cable for charging I bought a new cable for rs-450 but then also the issue was not resolved.
So again I visited the service center now they told me to replace the charging adapter which I again replaced but battery drainage issue was still not solved.
So I showed again at same service center it was third time visiting here now they told you will have to replace the battery for which it will costing around rs-2500.
Very much disappointed by service support received from xiaomi service center providing no solution to my issue and wasting time plus money I used for buying new data cable and charging adapter.
Disappointed by Xiaomi after sales service support received.
