Hi friends, we have this printer in our office for 2 years & being used for printing colored letter head & colored bills. Initially it worked great for 1 year but afterwards it became a liability. My review is as :
Very slow printing speed. Yes, you would be getting irritated after printing 2-3 color prinnts. Many times paper use to get stuck inside it. We have to use pause , cancel & resend command again and again to get print out. It usually takes 2 minutes to print one single page.
Xerox Service center is no more operational in Jalandhar. Hence we have to rely upon local mechanics for its service & ink toner refilling. One time ink refill use to cost us 1200 rupee along with 300 as Service charges incl of taxes. This is very high as compared to other competitors.
Now we are trying to sell the same via online selling sites, but so far after 15 days, we have not yet received even a single call that too priced at 4000 INR.
Hence its not at all value for money. Advoid it. You can get other good color printers in the same range of 15000.
