I attended the walk-In drive help in Xento last week. It was really a good experience being there. I have attended many Walk-In drives till now but have not come across such great management yet.
I was there before time(9.AM), and surprisingly Xento employee's were present there before the crowed. I was asked to keep my bag outside and watchman let me In with assigned serial number. After that there was a Aptitude test which is to give online on Xento portal. there was already all PC's set, with Test home page. all the floor was with ready to go PC's. I assigned one desk and I start with my test, I finished it and caked it, I asked to sit in cafeteria. one of the hr was collecting resume's there and serialy she was sending one by one for the interview. I had very nice intevriew with one of the senoir from Xento. After that he asked me to leave and hr will conatct me back as there was very long list of candidates came for the drive.
I am sure I will get feedback from then, Apart the management there was so well In spite of crowed of 300-400(Fresher's+ Experienced) surprisingly. Everybody was attentive, everybody there was helpful was guiding to all the crowed what to do next where to go. there was no standing queue of the people waiting for there turn like most of the scenario everywhere. all the people coming for the interview was given proper sitting, mineral water bottles were provided by them, chocolates were kept on the reception for all the crowed. It was so well managed.
even if you are selected or not but No one feel exhausted and frustrated by attending interview there.
If there are taking care of drive people so much ho w much they must be taking care of there employee's
