I used Writer relocation for shifting my luggage from Pune to Bangalore. I feel all packers company are same only. About writers corp I would say that they use best quality packing material. But even then one or two of your belonging may not be in single piece. They screwed my fridge door. Fridge door hinge got misaligned from the main assembly. Still I was okay to got it repaired as samsung serviceman told it cannot be replaced. I got it repaired my self.
Writers coordinator in Bangalore said they will refund the repairing cost. It's been more than week nobody has reverted back to me yet. They also broke my TV unit glasses. There delivery serviceman told us that we should not worry about, someone will come to your place, take the measurement and get you new glasses. Nobody turned up for few days. So I had to call them and inquire when my glasses will be fixed. First they replied that we have to get it repaired and they will reimburse.
I fought with them and told them now I don't have time to get it fixed because your person told us that writer will get it fixed. We had too many calls exchanged. Finally them managed to get it fixed. To summarize, all packers company are same only, so make sure you choose best one of them. Writers relocation is not worth according to money they charge.
