Writers relocaters the most horrible company to deal with. I recommend each and everyone in every country to never use any services of writers. They cheated us by charging us extra after finishing our packing saying that we had 45 extra boxes. How can someone underestimate so many boxes after we left behind 2 beds, one wardrobe, chest of drawers, study table 4 dining chairs, centre table along with side tables and few other items after all this they said we had 45 extra boxes which is unbelievable. We had a 20ft container. The estimator estimated soooo poorly which landed us in extra expenses. They told us that we will receive our shipment in one month and immediately all documents will be collected from us as soon as we reached India but nothing of that sort happened. We had to chase the person to come and collect documents from us. After the shipment arrived then there was a further delay for which we were charged a hefty amount of port charges and detention charges. While i checked with other companies and they said that they never charge detention charges to the customers so its only writers who are number one cheaters. My shipment has not yet been released and dont know what further more challenges will be. In the meanwhile please I request everyone who us relocating to never use writers. Also the staff dealing with us keeps declining our calls and never calls back. Most pathetic an bizzare company ever.
