1) They estimated 2 CBM and packing team came. They stuffed so much paper for even packing non fragile items like plastic steel container to increase volume and charge me. Made 5 CBM!!! Wow. Double money
2) no report on status, we follow up, no email, no receipts, nothing. They are most unprofessional company.
3) shipment comes from Dubai to UK in 3 months! Wow! Comitting 45 days and delivery in 90!
4) I unpacked papers and papers and stuff is not even half the size of box. That's how they pack non fragile stuff!
5) charged me extra at delivery for numerous items. On questioning, threatened to delay or damage shipment!!
