Recently we had moved from Dubai to Bangalore and used Writer relocations. Their marketing person said all good things about their services but I found them short in many aspects. The packing was bad and we have almost 7 or 8 valuable items broken. At the time of packing many items we said not to be packed, but all of them have been packed and sent. Despite insurance, no-one even bothered to take up the matter and when contacted, showed total indifference. Their unpacking was bad - their so called handyman even do not know joining simple furniture. It has been over 3 weeks, they were supposed to get back to us with the damage report and how they are going to replace the items - but no revert and no response to my approach.
