Like many of the reviewers, I was "lured in" by a low price. After I signed the vcontract and they packed my goods and took possession of the goods, and I left the country heading to the US, they call and tell me their costs have gone up, and htat I needed to pay an addition $4000 if I want my goods shipped!!!. The short story is that a year later, I still don';t have my goods delivered.
They refuse to honor their contract, and refuse to give me my goods back, its pure blackmail, and they get away with it because Dubai is lawless and consumers and expats have no rights. Shame on them. If this was a company in the US, I would have sued so fast! Shame, shame.
