I recently purchased a Swanson Chesterfield three seater sofa. Overall I was very happy with the transaction although there were issues with the actual product received.
I went to their website today to submit a positive 4 star review and what did I find?
Apparently I had already submitted a 5 star review saying the sofa was perfect and with no issues with a picture that the delivery agent had taken.
This is Fraud and misrepresentation. I believe that all of the 5 star reviews on their website are created in a similar way.
