A faulty and broken product was delivered at a much-belated date. Only one delivery person was present leading to much damage to my walls in terms of decoloration at multiple places.
The delivered product was broken on multiple places and after many complains a carpenter came, who clicked the pictures and went away. Even now the company is talking only about repairing, if I wanted a re-furbished and repaired unit, I would have paid much less for it.
The product finishing is awful and the level of customer service by your company is simply pathetic. I would have requested to have my money back and removal of such a faulty unit but who listens to the customer after the money is paid?
