Worst experience and service I came across with any Ecom retailer, until we place order they keep bugging you as and when you browse through the site.
I placed order with them, and I was told 6 weeks time for manufacturing and delivery process, I reached out to them after 6 weeks and the product was not even assigned to production unit, and now it's almost 2 months, and I have no clarity if they are going to deliver my order, Every time they just copy paste the same response "it will be packed and shipped in 2/3 days" It's been more than 10 days I am killing my time following up with them, They neither refund nor they deliver. What am I supposed to do, FRAUDULENT behavior! Please don't fall into their trap, there are many solid wood furniture you could get online who respect customer's time and money unlike them.
