Their products are good and there is variety, but customer service is really bad. No one responds to the phone calls. The wait to get to an agent is 10-15 minutes. If you ever get to an agent, we are put on hold and they hope you hang up after waiting. No refunds or cancellations are encouraged. Ordered products are never delivered on time and there is no coordination between the main store and the delivery chaps.
