I bought a sideboard from their site after visiting their store in Bengaluru. Initially I couldn't track my order on their app. So had to call the customer service for status. Their customer service sucks as they just lie to you.
Finally the product got delivered and I observed that the cabinet had no shelves in it as opposed to what they was mentioned in the app. So I raised some tickets and they responded saying the shelves will be delivered separately and will be fixed by their carpenter. Shipping will be done in next 15 days. This was June 27th update and it's been two months and still there is no update from them. I called them multiple times and also wrote to them but they would only lie everytime to wait for another one week.
Firstly how did they not inspect properly before delivering the product. Who misses fixing shelves in a cabinet.
Secondly the customer service is pathetic. I am still waiting an update from them. I was planning initially to buy more furnitures from them but after all this I highly regret my mistake and will never repeat it again.
