I ordered a queen size bed which was delivered on time and then the de assembled bed was kept in my living room. It took them 4 days to send the carpenter for assembling the bed.
Within a month, few parts of bed started soaking moisture and got swell (BTW) company claims that their wood won't swell at all. After multiple calls, they sent a carpenter who did some temporary fixtures.
Again after a month, same problem appeared. Now, I have been chasing these fraud people since 15 days and yet to recieve a proper response.
People, do not get trapped.
