Its been almost 9 years since I have been using a Wipro LX-800 printer for my office billing. The printer has great printing speed and operates very smoothly. Its touch buttons, self test mode, overall parts quality, and plastic finish are also great (not like badly-finished products we get at a cheaper rates these days.)
Its paper handling is great and has never got stuck apart from one time due to overheating (that too because we just did not stop printing continously on that day :-).
Service center support has been very good and they promptly attended to the one off problem. Amazingly, I have never cleaned ar serviced the printer but it continues to work fine.
The only one thing that I do not like about it is that it makes a little more noise as compared to a TVS or an Epson printer. I have not tried the new LX 300+ or LX 300+II models, which may have corrected these problems.Overall a great quality for normal invoice printing with multiple copies at a very cheap cost.
