Win cable gives you vires at no cost.Imagine you can have 1000 different virus which will go right into your system files and hard/soft wares , and they don't charge anything extra. It will cost you 5000 rs installation charges, 990 per month rental , sleepless night , damage to pc without repairs.So if you want all of this go ahead , other wise keep it 10000 miles away.In the long run if you use wincable you may get high bp or heart attack also.
