I joined company in Oct 2020.There were only negative reviews about it. I took the opportunity to join White hat because I had no other option as i was out of job since last 1.5 years. I can tell you one thing you will have to work really hard to survive but one thing is for sure you are going to earn like crazy if you work with passion and dedication. Company has now moved to 5 days working subject to you completing your targets in sales only then else you will have to work 6 days again. Company is very nice. You can easily get promotion basis your performance. I would rate it as 9/10.job security can be a concern if you don't perform but if you put hard work you will achieve career growth in less than 5 years time as compared to other companies.
