I have this Air Conditioner from past few years and using it every now and then. The cooling of the AC is really bad. As I use the AC in a small room, it takes hours to bring the temperature down in summers. Thought it worked fine for an year after that I got the service done, since then the results are disappointing. Firstly it takes a lot of time to just start and then after everything the cooling is very bad as I mentioned above. It also has a few functions in it’s remote and those don’t even work because the remote they provide is the same remote they provide with the higher end models and even with a 2-2.5 ton AC they provide this remote only. Few of them are hard to understand and use.
It was an expensive air conditioner for the features and functions it has.
There are much better AC’s by other brands like LG, Samsung in the same price category and one must select out of those.
I would surely not recommend this air conditioner to anyone.
