Really disappointed by whirlpool brand due to its service and product quality.
Almost 2 years ago in Diwali season we bought one Whirlpool Automatic Washing machine and one whirlpool ice frost refrigerator.
I am sharing my views after using both this product for last 2 years.
In Whirlpool machine within 7 months my top program button stopped working for which I called whirlpool repair and maintenance guy.
He visited my home and inspected the machine and told it's circuit has been damaged by water so no warranty you will have to pay rs-4000 for new circuit.
I paid them the amount for repair and it got working but after 4 months of repair it again got damaged.
So again I called local technician he told Same circuit issue again he told it will cost rs-3500.After this my machine is kept unused because of same problem facing repeatedly.
Also in refrigerator temperature and cooling is not maintained properly due to which vegetables and many items get damaged next day.
Sometimes refrigerator gets more cooling and ice is formed every where in it.
Very bad service experience with so much issues with both washing machine and refrigerator.
