Hi friends, I buy one power bank but that power bank not working even not powering on also that's not original product, there communication/co-ordination is very worst and pathetic, it is just of low quality and the products that one available are also not of high quality, product image looking good in website but shirts very bad and cheap quality, product delivery is very slow and even when I told them to cancel the product, item shown at the time of purchase and received item are different, customer service is worst I have so many time to try connect them but no proper response, I requested them so many time to arrange pick up and refund me my amount, they are telling that they don't the product back it seems, these kind of website shows go for legal proceeding and shut down at once, they never give response and never change the product after one week, but the product is completely faulty, I have lost my mental agony and paid payments including courier charges, thank you
