Hi guys, I ordered a sony powerbank in this website on which I was offered a offer stating 50% off. It got me around 649/- rupees. After two weeks of waiting, I finally got a call from delivery guy about the place where I should receive the ordered product.
On the day of receiving, the delivery guy called again to me about the package to receive. He told whether to cancel the order or not. The point is, He was in a eager to cancel the product because he desire was not to come that long to give my product. I insistly urged him to bring my product. After receiving the product I was shocked. The product they delivered me was a duplicate one . Not a original sony product. And it was broken inside. While I am receiving the product the delivery guy insisted me not to open the product before, after giving money only he allowed me to open. After opening and seeing the product I was totally shocked about the conditon of the power bank. As I was about to scold him he disappeared. I tried to reah him through phone but there is no use. I also called the company about the product but their response is not at all satisfactory. They are telling that they dont the product back it seems.
Finally my point is there sholud be a clarity and orginality should be maintained in the company policy who sells online. Never blindly fall in to the trap of the offers they offer. You should respect the value of your money. We sholud check every aspect before ordering a product online. Ordering in this website cost me around 1000/- rupees. The powerbank which I received was a faulty one and I added extra money to repair that powerbank.
