Morning guys, now a days everyone are self obsessed and self esteemed about their body shape. yeah it is correct everyone wants to look prettier and happy. in order to this they are making bad choices. Guys listen you can shed weight by only two methods either going to gym and doing workouts or by some ayurvedic tips. by no way you are going to loose weight through capsules or diet. moreover capsules have many side effects people. never use them.so here I'm givving you 2 effective tips for weight loss
1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar and half lemon juice in warm water drink it on an empty stomach and also 30mnts before your meal course. within 1 week you can see the result. I use this daily and it is effective.
boil some cumin seeds in water for 5mnts let it col down for a while. add some lemon juice and honey to it and drink this everyday morning on an empty stomach. you can shed 3-4 kgs per month.
