I had a Webs website for my tech news website.
The site fairly good for maintaning websites.
However, there are some problems with it.
Sometimes it gives false positives for spam or illegal content website checks and flags the created websites as spam even if it not one.
My site was almost empty(I had created it just a day back) but it was flagged as illegal, which was really annoying. I had to contact customer care to get it unblocked.
Sites such as Wordpress.com, etc are much better.
