I ordered 5months ago, my external hard disk.WD PASSPORT ULTRA 1TB.from Snapdeal, one of the leading e-commerce website.
The service by snapdeal was good as they delivered it well in time.
For 5months the hardisk was working so efficiently and I even loved this product. All my personal collections of dragonballZ, Suits and much more were there in the Harddisk.
But now , everytime I attach it to my lenovo laptop it hangs up. Windows explorer gets NOT RESPONDING.
I have checked this on N no. Of machines with different Connecting.Cables. But still this problems persists.
I called for customer support , but still they are not able to resolve this issue.
