Hello guys
I am a regular user of VSNL dial up & I want to tell you that it is horrible. Every night when I try to connect it disconnects me saying TCP/IP protocol error & after 2,3 retries it gets connected.
But it's also not stable. After 1-2 minute it gets stuck up due to congestion problem & their is no data transfer. Congestion problem occurs when their are more users on line.
Everyday I am spending 6 telephone calls to get connection for 2 minute you can imagine internet cost in a country like india where average salary of a middle class person is Rs.3000. These types of ISPs are responsible for slower internet growth rate in india.
