When I booked the tickets paying 510 rs each for two tickets to Udupi in sleeper coach of VRL I was hoping to get a quality service. The first disappointment came when I boarded the bus. The bed did not have any blankets.
Also the bus started about half hour late than the scheduled time. ALso thanks to some traffic on NH4 we reached Udupi at about 7:30 . And then we were waiting at the VRL office for about 20 min till they unloaded the parcel before finally being dropped at Ambagilu at 8:30. For the money they charge it is not at all worth the service. I felt cheated and I would never want to travel in this anytime in future.
