I bought this AC 1 year back. It is working without problem till now. Our room is very calm without any outside noise or dust. This Ac is high on efficiency but less burden on monthly electricity bill. It has good cooling capacity. It is less noisy. It has good reliability and it gives full satisfaction to us. Voltas has got good service support. The technicians are fully trained to tackle any kind of problem. Power consumption is very less. Every 6 months it has to be serviced. Remote control is very user friendly. Service of Voltas is very good. You can get service anywhere in India. As I am fully satisfied with this AC, I suggest it to others also.
