I had a bad sprain two days ago as I fell down the stairs.
Had mild swelling in my ankle too. I had volini gel with me but I had never tried it before. I used vinflam always.
I massaged my ankle with volini and tied it with crepe bandage. I could see a relief in both my pain and swelling within the first day. It is a little strong but very easy to apply and super effective. I recommend it for muscular pain, sprains and joint pain to all.
