I had migrated my father's Mobile from BSNL to Vodafone 2 years back due to excellent service and seamless network. However my recent experience of 3 months have become a reason for reconsidering.
Vodafone has sneakily changed the rental to a double higher plan, which we realized a month later.
Now when we wanted to convert it to prepaid, the Vodafone outlet guys have turned the request down 3 times with some lame excuses, like demand for high definition photo, Provide complete signature, etc,
Surprised to see Vodafone has deteriorated so much after joining hands with the desi - Idea which has no idea at all, how to survive in the market.
Horrible .
