Vodafone mobile operator, just a few months ago was considered as the best service provider. The connectivity was good, voice was excellent, in short nothing was lacking. But lately the prepaid customers is a harried lot.
Without informing the customer, the operator deducts a sizable chunk of money from prepaid amounts. And there is no number provided to talk to customer care. from out of the menu. After about 10 minutes of dialing, 6 to 9 numbers the customers, from the automated answering machine is told to press many buttons and then to wait "while you are connected" to the executive.
And lo and behold after another 2-3 minutes of waiting the call gets disconnected. If you are lucky enough, then on lodging protest about uncalled for deduction you are reimbursed. It proves the intentions of the company . recently a sum of rs.150/- was deducted from prepaid account and the history, told in above episode was repeated.
