I have recharged with their plan for 398 for unlimited calling and 1.4GB data per day, but all of a sudden, it stopped suddenly and balance started deducting from main balance.
After complaining, they said it wasn't under any offer so you may enjoy data(which I don't need) but need to further recharge for calling(after deducting).
When talked to them they asked me to submit proofs of 2 months back(Screenshot of SMS and app notification). That's totally ridiculous.
