Out of the networksthat I have tried, this one is the worst. The customer care doesn't know how to talk respectfully and end the call in the middle of talking - they are very rude. They remove money from my account without telling me and when I ask about it, they say that I have activated this service even though I don'tget any messages for confirmation on my phone. I can only tell that this has happened by checking my balance where I can see that my money has been taken; this has happened around three or four times already. Last time, I recharged it with 95 rs and when i checked the next day, I only had 3 rs left. When I asked customer care about this, they talked to me very rudely and didn't even refund my money. I am using a 4 vi numbers right now and I am going to go to a different network...I won't recommend vi to anyone else.
