Today, I am here to share my experience with my cell phone network provider Vodafone. I have been using Vodafone services since last 3 years and now it's been pretty much difficult for me to continue using their plan.
When I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone, they have provided me a lot of offers and better calling plans, however, now they have been worst. Previously, I used to pay a monthly rental of INR 249 and my total bill was around INR 650 per month but now I am continuously paying more than INR 1000 per month. Also, my usage a lower than what I was using earlier.
Apart from the rental plan, their network is also ridiculous. Most of the times, I have to stick to one place in order to talk properly using their network. It's better to use a landline phone rather than using a Vodafone network.
