Hello friends, today I want to share my experience on vivo phone.
recently I have gifted it to my mom on mothers day only. I got it in 13999 rs/- . it was having 3 GB ram, a very good camera. I was mainly attracted towards it because of the camera quality only . the look and elegance of this mobile are very sleek and excellent.
but after two to three weeks only it shows any problem . the main problem is heating. my mom is well aware of mobile and its feature so she uses it very much, but after few hours use it always started getting up. there is so much heat that we can not put it on our ears for a call . after heating we have to wait for half hour to get it cool down. so this a major issue. I also showed it to vivo workshop and to our local mobile repairing shop, but they said that there is nothing wrong with the mobile. but if nothing is wrong then also there is heating, so probably there would be a problem in its manufacturing.
I am also afraid of using it as I am in fear that it will blast as it gets too much heat, so I turn it off and removed from use.
so I had a very bad experience using this vivo mobile.
