Vivekanand Institute of Technology, Bangalore is one of the most reputed colleges for engineering in Bangalore. I have a cousin who s currently pursuing engineering in electronics and telecommunication field from this institute. She is in her final year now.
This institute has excellent staff, and they have lot of guest lectures from the industry experienced people. They have external faculty coming from companies like Siemens, ABB, Crompton Greaves, Tata, etc who are IITians and IIM pass outs. This gives the students a first hand knowledge of the industry and markets.
The college infrastructure is excellent, with all labs well equipped and the administration of the institute is commendable. They have a parents meet event semester to discuss the growth of the students. They also have good sports facilities, gymnasium, and extra curricular cell in their college for students to relax and refresh.
The campus placements of this college is too good, and almost 95% of the students get placed from this college every year. The highest package that a student got from their institute was 10 lakhs per annum, which is too good. This institute is very good, and I will suggest that every student should who aspires to study engineering should try for getting admission in this college.
