After reading the review I visited Viva Paschim that too after reserving it for 10 people on 16th Dec 2007 i.e Sunday for a Buffet Lunch we reached there exactly at 1:00 believe me friends were made to complete the entire buffet lunch in just 40 minutes and asked to buzz off from there as they had a booking of some 90 members approaching there hotel at 2:00 pm .And beleive me friends am an Goan and the food out there was Pathetic.The Surmai are not at all fresh they were frozen ones.
Any ways that was tolerable but the owner was just asking his waiter to clear us off and other people so that he can accommodate those 90 people. I always had heard or read that Hotel industry is a Polite Business and people treat you well.This is my First and a very bad experience in Viva Paschim.
My Suggestion friends if you feel like going do call them inquire if there is any big group approaching if Yes Please do stay away.we be in such places for good memories and not to have bad experiences.
