I have purchased one apparel from vishal Mega Mart sahibabad which was packed without removing the tag which is done to prevent theft when I noticed it on the very next day I called the customer care to inform the same as it was also a security issue and as I was out of town so I can't go there again the customer care answered by a lady she started forcing me to visit the store and get it removed if you want to use the product it was shocking for me to listen such response for a customer I gave her this feedback that I don't want to use this product any more please raise my complaint she has given me a complaint number stating you will get a callback but didn't received it from past 4 days .
I think they are only interested in bulk sales and no concern for customer services.
Poor response and services.
