We suffered a lot in this hotel because of bed bugs. We had not taken any rest because of bed bugs and we travelled whole katra and afterall we had not received any rest because of this bad hotel. Room quality and furnishing is good and they provided all needed things.
Guest service was also bad and food presentation was also in bad condition because they provided us fried rice nad curry which was also bad in taste. The ambience were also bad they had not taken any interest in us means they don't have any manner to welcome customers.
