VIP Shaadi sold me big dreams with endless sales calls (56 times a day for weeks), fake promises, and emotional manipulation and once I paid, they completely disappeared. The sales team who assured me of full support are now unreachable. No response, no accountability.
I was assigned a manager who couldnt understand my basic preferences, spoke only Bengali, and sent irrelevant profiles. I clearly asked for connections outside my community but she either ignored it or didnt care. No follow-ups, no info on the profiles I liked or connected with.
After a painful fight, I got a new manager even worse. Zero calls, zero updates, and just one batch of 3 profiles in over a week. I keep following up, but she either ignores me or gives silly excuses. I have screenshots to prove that I was ghosted even as a paying VIP client.
They dont share who they contacted, dont update you, and definitely dont care about your preferences. All they do is push you to a random con call with the other party even if youre uncomfortable and then disappear.
This is not matchmaking. Its a money trap. They take your money, give you no real service, and blame you when things dont work. I deeply regret trusting them.
