I have applied vijay bank account months back from this date of posting I requested for net banking and phone banking in a home branch. They said it will come to your home address. After 2 months I visited bank regarding net banking they said it will co0me to your home address after that I went 3 or 4 times for this.
Finally bank manager created an account from his system and he said it will work after few hours but it dint work even a month after.
Finally I tried to reach customer care they said they cant to anything ask me to send mail. I have sent mail immediately not even acknowledgment mail any response I dint get till now. Very worst banking service these people are providing. Do not go for this bank you will get frustrate for sure.
